May Day for Workers focuses on Job Safety Health

The Department said it is all to bolster the priority which is establishing a culture of prevention. Minster Employment Hon. Donhue Gardiner explained a need to “increase awareness of on the job hazard and risks, and understanding of their prevention and control.” The goal is to equate decent work with safe work and all ILO constituents, said Minister Gardiner, “must create the partnerships that are needed…” There will be a week of activities.
